    2. General Terms & Conditions of Sale

    2.1 Purpose

    These general terms and conditions of sale govern all transactions between Charlemagne SRL and its customers, whether the sale is made in-store, online or by correspondence.

    2.2 Products

    Charlemagne SRL offers vintage and neo-vintage watches for sale. Each piece is described with the greatest care. Photographs are non-contractual but faithfully reflect the condition of the pieces. Any significant imperfection is mentioned in the product description.

    2.3 Prices

    Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC), including Belgian VAT at the current rate. Charlemagne SRL reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; products are invoiced at the price in effect at the time of order.

    2.4 Payment

    Payment is due upon order. Accepted payment methods include: bank transfer, cash payment (in-store) and any other means agreed between the parties. No item will be shipped before full receipt of payment.

    2.5 Delivery

    Deliveries are made to the address provided by the customer. Delivery times are indicative and do not constitute a contractual commitment. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

    2.6 Right of withdrawal

    In accordance with Belgian and European legislation, the customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to justify a reason. The product must be returned in its original condition with all accessories and packaging. Return costs are borne by the buyer.

    2.7 Warranty

    In accordance with current legislation, products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (2 years). As vintage watches, normal wear related to age and prior use does not constitute a defect of conformity.

    3. Terms & Conditions of Use

    3.1 Website access

    The website is freely accessible to any user with Internet access. Charlemagne SRL reserves the right to suspend or interrupt access to the site for maintenance or any other reason, without prior notice.

    3.2 Intellectual property

    All website content (texts, images, logos, photographs) is the exclusive property of Charlemagne SRL or its partners. Any reproduction, distribution or use without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

    3.3 Personal data protection

    Charlemagne SRL is committed to protecting the personal data of its customers in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Data collected is strictly necessary for order processing and is never shared with third parties for commercial purposes. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification and deletion by contacting us at F.bellefroid@hotmail.com.

    3.4 Liability

    Charlemagne SRL shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the website. Information presented is provided for indicative purposes and may be modified without prior notice.

    3.5 Applicable law and jurisdiction

    These conditions are subject to Belgian law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution hereof shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Liège.
